Planté d'un seul tenant sur des sols de graves profondes le vignoble de Château Dauzac s'étend sur 40 hectares dans l'aire d'Appellation Margaux. Comme dans la majorité des vignobles du Médoc, le Cabernet- Sauvignon et le Merlot constituent les deux principaux cépages. La vendange du château Dauzac est égrappée et foulée avant de fermenter dans des cuves en inox équipées d'un système breveté d'émiettage du marc, ce qui permet une excellente extraction des tanins. Les vins sont élevés en barriques de chêne dont la proportion de bois neuf est modulée suivant les caractéristiques du millésime.
