A family property located at the heart of the prestigious Saint-Julien appellation, neighbouring some of the greatest growths in the world. Its name comes from a priest of the Ancien Régime, serving the parish of Saint-Laurent, called Abbé Bridane. He was also a miller, and his mill stood in the commune of Reignac. The vineyard has been established there for two centuries, on land where the family's forebears raised sheep on the Médoc moorland, and it is farmed along sustainable lines.
