Tasting
Deep garnet color, iridescent with purple reflections. Intense nose of blackcurrant, violet, flint, cigar box. Fresh, full and supple attack. Silky, coated and fine tannins. Beautiful mineral balance, with persistent black fruit aromas.

Fermentation of whole berry grapes in 51 stainless steel, wood and concrete vats, thermoregulated, with capacities adapted to plot selections, extraction by pump-over, vatting for 20 to 25 days.
Ageing
30% new barrels - 70% barrels of 1 and 2 wines - 12 months of ageing.
Terroir
Appellation Moulis-en-Médoc. Günz gravel soils. Area 72 hectares. Planting densities 8,333 to 10,000 vines/ha. Average vine age: 30 years.
