Tasting
Le millésime 2019 séduit par son élégance empreinte de retenue. Comme si le vinificateur avait senti ici l'intérêt de révéler sa photo en noir et blanc plutôt qu'en couleur, tout en y laissant un grain certain. Ce grain qui forme une atmosphère douce et enveloppante autour du sujet et le voile de mystère. Un toucher qui accompagne l'évolution du fruit, longue et persistante, et rehausse la finale. Beaucoup de classicisme. De vivacité aussi. Des arômes de griotte, d'iris, de romarin. La figue fraîche laisse en bouche cette trace aromatique infinie et cette texture si caractéristique des grands vins de Margaux, entre puissance et sophistication. Un grand Rauzan.
