Tasting
Floral et sophistiqué, le millésime 2017 offre une composition subtile aux notes de fruits à coque et d'épices. L'orange maltaise, si douce et sucrée, épouse les teintes acidulées de l'abricot bien mûr ; toucher velouté et chair fondante qui caramélise, divine ambivalence entre vivacité et maturité. Le tabac en filigrane est doux et aromatisé, la fraise poudrée et confite. La figue se mêle au biscuit et la rose prend des accents de cannelle. La texture est caressante, onctueuse, et n'en finit plus de s'étirer. Un vin longiligne et élancé, au sillage complexe mais délicat.
