Winemaking
Rigorous sorting in the cellar made it possible to preserve only the berries of optimal quality. The vinifications favored the gentleness of the extractions. Macerations of two to three weeks made it possible to preserve the brightness of the fruit, the finesse of the tannins and to gradually reveal color, aromas and structure.

50% new oak.
