D’une couleur profonde et sombre, la robe d’Alter Ego nous laisse deviner des raisins gorgés de soleil estival.
Nous sommes presque surpris de découvrir une palette olfactive où se mêlent avec délices fruits à baie, fleurs épicées et herbes fraîches légèrement mentholées. La texture est imposante mais s’efface rapidement au profit d’un soyeux dont le terroir de Palmer a le secret.
Un bel avenir est assurément promis à cet autre grand vin de Château Palmer.
