Tasting
A concentrated, deep violet color. A fine nose, toasted oak, chocolate, over a background of fresh black fruit. On the palate, a charming style that favors suppleness over power, the fruit is highlighted by freshness and already-polished tannins. Feminine in spirit.

Winemaking
Bleeding the vats (saignée) is a frequent practice, and fermentations take place in small stainless steel or concrete vats, ideal for controlling temperatures and carrying out precision work. It should also be noted that these vats are fully temperature-controlled. The property uses a pneumatic press, and the cellars are fully air-conditioned. Fining is traditional, with egg whites, and the property carries out no filtration, to allow for the making of a great wine
