On the palate, Château de Cruzeau 2018 is just as tasty, with the presence of juicy, very ripe fruit (blackberry) mixed with light oak character, thus reinforcing its complexity. It will be the ideal companion to a crusted beef fillet, stuffed quails or even a stewed veal shank.
