Fermentation in small temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, moderate extraction, cuvaison of 24 to 28 days. Significant selection is necessary for this generous vintage; the vinifications proceeded perfectly, delivering a wine that is fruit-driven, structured and balanced.

25% new barrels; 25% one-wine barrels; 25% two-wine barrels; 25% tank. 14 months of ageing.
Terroir
Clay-limestone and clay-sand soils. Characteristic of the limestone plateau.
