Tasting
"Opaque red color. With an umbilical depth, dense, this bouquet envelops you with calm - a confident ripe fruit, a precise and pure red rose, like a return to the origins. The palate is incredibly full, spherical in its substance, both ample and airy, with a weight in suspension. Dynamic and powerful, it stretches out to a long juicy finish." - Le Figaro

The vines, with an average age of 25 years, are worked in a traditional and considered manner: use of organic and mineral fertilisers, debudding, protection of the embryonic bunches and of the vine stocks against disease, mites and fungi, leaf removal, and green harvesting to optimise concentration.
