Tasting
This Graves rouge 2014 has a deep ruby color with purple highlights. The ripe nose is built with finesse, combining notes of red fruits and spices supported by a toasted-smoky oak character. On the palate, the wine is generous and velvety. We find notes of jammy red fruits. A grilled-toasted touch completes the aromatic range. The tannins are present and silky. In the finish, notes of gray pepper and menthol provide a feeling of freshness.

Winemaking
The grapes, carefully sorted, are then completely destemmed and then crushed in order to immediately release the juice and thus bring it into contact very quickly with the skin. Significant pump-over is carried out at the start of alcoholic fermentation then, subsequently, there are two or three rack-and-return operations which make it possible to extract, among other things, the phenolic and aromatic compounds.
Ageing
Aged for 6 months in French oak barrels and 12 months in vats
