Tasting
Deep ruby color. Nose with notes of red fruits and spices. In the finish, notes of gray pepper and menthol are revealed which provide a feeling of freshness.

Winemaking
Grapes, carefully sorted, then scraped completely then crushed to immediately release the juice and put it in contact with the grape skin very quickly. Substantial pumping are made at the beginning of fermentation and then, subsequently, two or three outages which extract, among others, phenolic compounds and aromatic compounds.
Ageing
Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels
