Tasting
The color is dense and deep, edge of the disc with bluish reflections. The complex nose gives off scents of small black and red fruits where fresh blackcurrant and small morello cherry intermingle. When stirred, notes of white pepper and sweet spices enhance a composed fruitiness, basket style. The oak character is fine and delicate. The palate, with its dominant fruitiness, is ample and solid. However, it reveals silky and elegant tannins. The perfect harmony between all the structural elements gives this wine a freshness and smoothness marked by a beautiful length on the palate and suggests a bright future.
