Tasting
A magnificent Médoc from a great vintage. We can already perceive notes of leather, undergrowth and blond tobacco alongside the aromas of black fruit from its youth. A nice length. A wine full of finesse.

Winemaking
Although very attentive to technological progress, the production of Château Castéra wines respects traditional winemaking methods: rigorous sorting of the grapes, daily pump-over, regulation of temperatures, vatting for 18 to 22 days.
Ageing
After ageing for 12 months in French oak barrels (30 to 40% new barrels), the wine is bottled at the château, stored in our cellars for 24 months.
