Tasting
Belle teinte sang de pigeon aux reflets cardinal. Robe étincelante et nette, encore jeune. Nez assez intense d'arômes de fruits rouges et noirs sauvages (framboise, mûre, cassis, prunelle) restant très frais. Après l'agitation, quelques touches florales (violette) se libèrent avant de laisser place à des nuances épicées (vanille, cannelle). Attaque fraîche, aromatique qui rappelle le merlot dans sa belle expression. Bonne structure tannique avec des tanins fins et soyeux déjà bien évolués. Après aération quelques notes minérales (pierre à feu) se développent accompagnées de nuances sous-bois et épicées. Bon équilibre. Finale de bonne tenue avec un léger boisé qui rehausse l'ensemble.
