D'une manière presque prophétique, le cabernet-sauvignon est la pièce maîtresse du millésime. D'ici dix ans, le vignoble aussi lui aura ménagé une place d'envergure. Cœur profond, relief. Ses lots sont d'une grande délicatesse. Plus élégant que charnel, plus maîtrisé qu'opulent, le millésime 2023 frappe par sa complexité et ses jeux d'équilibre. Un vin tenu qui porte haut sa couleur rouge à l'œil, au nez, au palais. Rouge frais et mûri de la groseille, du cassis. Rouge frais et floral de la rose au matin. Rouge boisé du cèdre. Rouge épicé du poivre aguaribay. Beaucoup de sophistication dans le caractère. D'exigence dans la proportion et l'harmonie. Sève, fruits et fleurs convergent en lui d'une même délicatesse. Et du relief, assurément. Synthèse de ce que le minéral, le végétal et le savoir-faire font de mieux quand ils s'accordent au défi.
