Tasting
La robe est sombre, profonde, presque noire aux reflets violines. Le nez est précis, fruité, expressif sur des notes de cassis murs, de mures, de fraises et de fruits des bois et d’eucalyptus. La bouche est juteuse, ample et crémeuse. Les tanins, très enrobés et veloutés apportent longueur et verticalité à ce millésime. Les notes de fruits noirs s’entremêlent de notes moka, de poivre et d’épices. La finale, salivante et fraiche se démarque par ses notes de cassis, de cèdre et de café.
