Tasting
Fragrant, floral bouquet with notes of red fruits more present than when tasting in the barrel, showing a beautiful delineation. The palate is medium-bodied with soft, very homogenous and harmonious tannins. There is a hint of graphite on the finish. An elegant, first-rate Poitevin.

Winemaking
Maceration at low temperature, thermo-regulated alcoholic fermentation to preserve the freshness of the fruit, long vatting.
Ageing
12 months in barrels, with an average of 30% new oak barrels. The quality and heating intensity of the barrels are chosen according to the typicality of each batch.
Terroir
The POITEVIN vineyard comprises 41 hectares of AOC Médoc vines, on a terroir dominated by gravel rises. An exceptional terroir depends on respect for the environment, through the application of integrated pest management. All our facilities are designed with the preservation of nature in mind.
