Tasting
Brilliant ruby color. Expressive nose mixing ripe red fruits, juicy plum and a touch of vanilla. Round and supple on the palate, supported by integrated tannins and a lovely freshness. Generous finish, on the fruit.

- 20 % Cabernet-sauvignon

Winemaking
100% of the harvest is destemmed at the entrance to the vat room. The alcoholic fermentation takes place for 8 to 10 days punctuated by two daily pump-overs. Long macerations follow (25 to 30 days), depending on the grape varieties and the vintage. Regular pump-over ensures permanent contact between the skin and the grape juice to promote the best extraction of aromas and substance. Malolactic fermentation is done in vats.
Ageing
18 months in stainless steel vats before being bottled under sterile filtration and a sterile bottling line at the Château.
