Tasting
Beautiful ruby red color. Nice nose of ripe red fruits and woody notes. This well-balanced wine vinified from 35-year-old vines was aged in barrels. The tannins and acidity show that the wine is ready to drink but can be stored. A Bordeaux pleasure to consume easily.

Label
Winemaking
100% of the harvest is destemmed at the entrance to the vat room. Yeasting. The alcoholic fermentation takes place for 8 to 10 days punctuated by two daily pump-overs. Long macerations follow (25 to 30 days), depending on the grape varieties and the vintage. Regular pump-over ensures permanent contact between the skin and the grape juice to promote the best extraction of aromas and substance. Malolactic fermentation is done in vats.
Ageing
The wine is aged for 18 months: 70% in vats and 30% in barrels.
