Ageing
Early blending, traditional ageing on fine lees in French oak barrels, new oak 65%. Ageing period: in progress, around 18 months. Oenologist consultant: Eric Boissenot.
Terroir
Quaternary Günzian well-drained gravels and clay gravels on shelly limestone and clay subsoil.
