Le Château Larrivet Haut-Brion Rouge 2025 séduit par l'équilibre qu'il parvient à conserver dans un millésime pourtant exceptionnellement chaud et sec. Le vin affirme avec justesse un style racé, avec une belle concentration aromatique portée par des notes de fruits rouges et de fleurs, évoquant la rose et la violette. La bouche est dense, ample, portée par des tanins crémeux qui donnent au vin une vraie sensation d'onctuosité et beaucoup de gourmandise. Du premier nez jusqu'à la finale, le vin tient sa promesse : on retrouve avec constance la même intensité aromatique, la même harmonie, et cette fraîcheur préservée qui signe son style.
