Winemaking
Fermentations were rapid this year and, despite the gentle extractions, deep colours and a fine tannic structure appeared very quickly. The hot post-fermentation maceration significantly changes the wines, which gain enormously in complexity and structure. Overall, the vintage is characterised by very aromatic wines, with a dense, deep colour.
