Tasting
Intense ruby colour with purple highlights. The nose reveals a rich bouquet of ripe dark fruit such as blackberry, black cherry and blackcurrant, with nuances of truffle, cocoa, vanilla, undergrowth and sweet spices. On the palate, the attack is ample and velvety, with well-integrated tannins giving a solid structure and harmonious flavours of liquorice, dark chocolate and roasted coffee. The finish is long and persistent, balanced by a lovely freshness.
