Tasting
"Aromas of blackcurrant, spices, cloves and a touch of elderberries. The palate is elegant, medium to full-bodied, with refined and delicate tannins, firm fruit, a fleshy structure and a solid, flavorful finish. 65% Cabernet Sauvignon and 35% Malbec from Lujan and Altamira. " - James Suckling

Winemaking
Sorting on bunches then on berries is carried out before vatting the grapes by gravity in vats of 30 to 80 hL in order to vinify each plot separately.
Ageing
The wines are then aged in 225L Bordeaux barrels (40%), 400L barrels (35%) and 25hL tuns (25%). These containers, 50% new for this vintage, come from several French cooperages (85%): Bordeaux, Burgundy; and Austrian (15%).
