Tasting
This wine presents itself in a deep and brilliant ruby red color. The nose immediately reveals an aromatic intensity of rare complexity. With slightly reduced notes at the start, the evolution in the glass is marked by aromas of red and black fruits enhanced by a touch of pepper. The presence of brioche and toasted notes completes this bouquet specific to great wines in their youth. On the palate, the wine is marked by a beautiful presence of Cabernet Sauvignon which gives it a beautiful controlled power where the elegance of the tannins is remarkable. A lovely richness provided by the Malbec is coated in this exceptional matrix.

Winemaking
The grapes were transported to the bodega in trucks equipped with thermal blankets, then they were sorted before vatting. Our work at the bodega is based on respectful intervention, attentive to the origin of each plot according to the concept "one plot, one vat".
Ageing
For this 2019 vintage, the ageing was carried out in 40% 225 liter barrels, 40% 400 liter barrels and 20% in 2500 liter barrels, with 50% new oak. The origin of our wood is made up of 80% French oak wood, mainly from Central France and 20% a blend of Austrian, Slovenian and German oak wood.
