Tasting
The colour is superb and deep. The very fine bouquet evokes good, ripe grapes with notes of red fruits highlighted by a delicate oak character that is both powerful and suave. Beautiful length on the palate, the palate remains elegant thanks to distinguished and silky tannins with a beautiful oak character which respects the fruit well,

Traditional in coated, thermo-regulated concrete tanks. Vatting for a minimum of 21 days. Aerated pump-over, rack and return, vatting for 3 weeks.
Ageing
12 months with 1/3 in vats and 2/3 in oak barrels (2/3), including 20% new, 20% from 1 wine and 60% from barrels two years old and over.
