Terroir
La superficie du vignoble est de 80 hectares sur un sol de graves, typique du Médoc. Ces beaux cailloux blancs réfléchissent les rayons de soleil vers les grappes pendant le jour et restituent, la nuit, la chaleur emmagasinée pendant la journée. Les 65% de cabernet sauvignon et les 5% de cabernet franc donnent des vins fins au bouquet intense, propices au vieillissement. Les 30% de merlot qui complètent l'encépagement leur apportent couleur, richesse et rondeur. L’âge moyen des vignes est de 35 ans. La densité de plantation est de 8 500 à 10 000 pieds par hectare. Le rendement est de 45 hectolitres par hectare. Depuis 2006, une politique de culture raisonnée est menée dans tout le vignoble.
